DELIVERY TERMS

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery services across all Emirates in the UAE, including but not limited to:

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Dubai

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Umm Al Quwain

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

Note: Delivery to remote or out-of-service areas may be subject to:

  • Additional delivery charges

  • Longer delivery timelines (up to 5–7 working days) Our team or the courier partner will contact you if your location falls under this category before dispatch.


2. Delivery Charges

  • Orders below AED 100: Subject to a flat delivery fee of AED 15.

  • Orders AED 100 and above: Free delivery within the UAE.

Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout and reflected in your final invoice.


3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery is processed within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM, on weekends (Friday–Saturday), or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • While we strive to meet the stated timelines, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.

  • Once processed, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details (where applicable).

  • Buza Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, stock unavailability, or incorrect information.


5. Delivery Method

  • Orders are delivered via reliable local courier services.

  • The courier may contact you directly to coordinate delivery time or to confirm your location.


6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure all delivery information (full name, address, phone number, and delivery instructions) is accurate and complete.

  • Customers must be available to receive the package at the agreed delivery time.

  • In cases where the courier is unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to Buza Store, and additional delivery fees may be charged for redelivery.


7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or other reasons beyond our control, Buza Store may charge a redelivery fee.

  • Repeated failed deliveries may result in the cancellation of the order and a partial refund (excluding delivery charges).


8. Delays & Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Transportation issues

  • Government regulations

  • Customs delays

  • Public holidays or natural disasters


9. Order Tracking

  • If tracking is available, details will be provided upon dispatch.

  • If you have not received your order within the expected delivery period, please contact us via [insert customer support email or WhatsApp number] for assistance.


10. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Clear photos of the package and items may be required for investigation and resolution.


11. Changes to Delivery Terms

Buza Store reserves the right to update or modify these Delivery Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the Website and will apply to all future orders.
